Smooth Sounds is pleased to announce the debut release of George Salta, an extraordinarily accomplished flamenco guitarist. Salta studied classical guitar in Frankfurt, Germany, and subsequently had the distinct honor and privilege of being the assistant and apprentice to flamenco virtuoso Paco Pena. In 1976, George formed his own guitar ensemble "El Duo Flamenco." Since 1978, he has travelled the world delighting audiences in concerts, on television and radio. With this beautiful recording, Salta presents his own compositions and his inspired impressions of the world of the Spanish guitar, in all of its wonderful Spanish and South American varieties, melodies, roots and rhythms. This recording is elegant in its simplicity and virtuosity, and beautifully pays homage to this timeless instrument and style. Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
